Its an illusion of cats as flora, some pursuing a dream of ham while others look on longingly.  Gently poking fun at Morris’ famous “Strawberry Thief” it reminds us not to be too serious!  Instead of birds stealing strawberries, the design features cheeky cats pinching ham hocks.  There are 12 cats hidden in the artwork.
